Sadly I needed to make an amend immediately after my order as I couldn’t make the change online but customer services were unable to do this. I’ve now got an incomplete gift which is part of a school collection so looks bad on me. Disappointing experience from a regular customer

Lovely products but unfortunately customer services is really poor. No responses to emails and not contactable by phone. For the time they spend on creating these biscuits and the packaging they negate all that work with their lack of customer service, which is a shame as it's as important to ensure a good customer experience through the whole process. I wont be buying from them again and I have been a customer for a few years.

The little teacher gingerbreads arrive really quickly and are so cute, hope my sons teacher will enjoy them.

I ordered and paid for some birthday biscuits a month in advance asking for them to be delivered on Thursday 7 July. By Tuesday 12 July the biscuits had still not arrived and I had not received a message either saying they had been sent or explaining there was a problem. I rang the Biscuiteers number ten times during the advertised working hours but was kept on hold each time before a recorded message told me that I should ring back later. The on line link to 'Track Delivery' does not work. Extremely poor as the biscuits were the Birthday ones for a Birthday on 8th July. Money paid, birthday missed, nothing received and no communication or apology from Biscuiteers. Would not use again.

I ordered a product on 29 June, with expectations based on the website that it would arrive by 1 July. When I had no feedback on 1 july I began phoning and emailing the company. I have never had a response from customer service. It is 8 July and I have yet to have a call or email from customer service. The experience is so shocking and I do think they are trying to simply keep my £200! At this point it is a matter of principle and I will continue to complain and request for refund until I get it.

If anyone is interested in lovely iced biscuits I recommend Etsy. A friend told me to go there instead of Biscuiteers and I wish I had listened. Now I spent £200, have no product and am spending hours on the telephone and email trying to get my money back.

Biscuits came in time - however the icing wasn't great on some of the biscuits. Looked a little like some of the biscuits had been iced by a trainee. Didn't affect the taste but just was disappointing considering how expensive these are.

I'd like to review my gift but the recipients still haven't received it - after a week. Royal Mail are supposed to have attempted to deliver it but clearly haven't

Shocking customer service… be warned. No one picks up the phones or replies to emails… I have better luck dealing with British Gas (need I say more)

Great biscuits, would have been good to know it wasn't coming in a tin!!
